We strive to deliver the freshest, highest-quality smoothies, juices, teas, wellness drinks, and bowls to our lovely customers.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on items that have already been prepared or consumed. If your order is incorrect or damaged upon delivery please notify us immediately (within 1 hour of receipt).

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us at wellness@thesmujibar.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

If eligible, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Events & Mobile Orders

For pre-orders: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.

Orders canceled less than 24 hours may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future order at our discretion.
